We proposes its solutions as an ASP service (Application Service Provider) or as a product:

The “ASP” service and the product being interoperable (each platform has the ability to communicates with the others), the transition from one to another is completely transparent.

The product is identical to the service except it is hosted by the customer for a given user group. It gives the customer the opportunity to increase its volumes while keeping the costs low. It requires a hosting infrastructure and therefore targets customers with sufficient hosting capacities.

ASP mode (Application Service Provider)
This mode gives you access to via our hosted plateform accessible from the internet.
You get immediate advantages from externalisation of the complete infrastructure needed in order to operate the plateform, for a determinated price depending on the number of users and of the real service usage.

Product mode
This mode gives you access to the solutions via your own plateform. You control the system accessibility (intranet, extranet, internet, …) but also the infrastructure, its hosting and its availability.
The interest in this formula resides in your ability to make extensive use of the service or/and to integrate the service within existing IT systems and business processes in your organisation. For a runtime license, whose price is determinated depending on of the usage volume, you take advantage of the complete flexibility you need in order to make a sucessfull integration of the service into your business.

We, a solution with native capabilities for integration

The product is highly integrable in existing environments and according to customer needs (back-office, exchanges between automated communication systems, electronic archiving systems…) and therefore authorises any communication combinations such as person-to-person, system-to-person and system-to-system.
